Pony Interaction can spark joy, happiness and conversations, some residents and patients maybe taken back to happy memories of their own connections with equine. Many really appreciate being able to stroke a soft coat and the comforting smell of a pony, can mean so much to someone, creating lasting memories.

School and Education Centres
The children may first enjoy story time with Hannah, who will read one of The Adventures of Patrick The Pony’s children’s books, which include illustrations of Cockington, which they may recognise and enjoy seeing. The children can then meet Patrick The Pony in an organised area, 2 at a time supervised by a responsible adult.

Tour Walks
During on foot Tour Walks with Patrick The Pony you will have the opportunity to learn about local history, wildlife and Cockington’s deep history with horses. We will show you some of the most beautiful historical buildings, some dating back to the Domesday book, which was completed in 1086. At the end you will have the opportunity to have photos with Patrick on your own devices in Cockington village with the beautiful thatched cottages in the background.
